Registrations
are not complete until you receive confirmation of registration from
Career Services. Confirmation and an invoice will be sent by email.
An information packet will be sent to you via regular mail. Deadline
for registration is September 10, 2008. Cancellations before or on September
10, 2008 will incur a $50.00 administrative charge. No refunds will
be made after September 10, 2008
Provisions
A 2’ x 6’ table is provided for your company display.
(If your display requires an area larger than this, you need to inform
the event manager prior to the fair.) Booth assignments are finalized
the week before the fair so that booth locations can be advertised
to students and alumni. Extension cords and audio visual accessories
must be provided by the exhibitor.
Shipment of Displays
If you are shipping displays or packages, please call the Career Services
office at 934-4392 to make arrangements and see if space is available
for storage. Companies are responsible for making arrangements with
your carrier for return shipment of your display materials. UAB Career
Services and the Campus Rec Centerare not responsible for shipments.
